What a cute movie! So many good voices and I couldn't identify all of them but when the credits rolled it was amazing how many names were in there and what parts they played.
The first movie had very little with the squirrel Scrap. The second movie had a mini movie within the main movie that had the life and times of Scrap and his Acorn. The part when Scrap reaches Acorn Heaven has to be my favorite especially when he wakes up to, mouth to mouth with Sid the Sloth.
Mr. Frogman's favorite part of the movie was when Diego was hanging off the edge of a cliff and Manny and Ellie were holding on to each paw with their trunks. As they are having a discussion, Diego cuts in and says, "Hey don't mind me I'm just hanging off the edge of a cliff here." And as they show Diego hanging the ground below him looks like a mile down.
Today 24 hours later when I asked Mr. Frogman about his favorite part and he repeats it for me he still giggles as though he was watching the movie in the theater. His second favorite part is where Scrap pulls his head out of the ice in a little teeny tiny hole no bigger than Mr. Frogmans thumb. He squeezes his head out and looks for his acorn. In order to get to his acorn he uses his tusk like teeth to poke into the ice and then spin in a circle cutting out a hole for him to pop his body up and through just to get to that acorn he has been dreaming of since the last movie. With the big round ice block around his neck. It sure makes for a funny story the way Scrap goes after that acorn and everything he goes through only makes him that much more desparate to get to the acorn the next time with the next attempt.
